KB, you are right...slow rendering was the reason that I saw those links....so two separate problems...one is slow blog loading and the second is infection with malware...otherwise I should have just seen normal wordpress code and not those spammy links etc... For speeding up wordpress you can follow instructions given here For checking if your blog is hacked check these instructions

CD: It happens because they’re on a low-end service which limits the bandwidth. Hence the super slow navigation around the blog. Occasionally, the connection times out leaving behind exposed guts of the incompletely downloaded code.

saw lots of spammy ads/links just below the header when I visited your blog that day…took a snapshot of that and uploaded to imgur,….it happened only once….but you better take a look at header.php etc files in your wordpress theme
